THE POSITION SUMMARY:

We have an immediate opening for A Software Developer.   As the successful candidate you will be an innovator, able to develop, deliver and enhance our world class product offerings.  You will be self motivated, able to work on your own with minimal supervision.   You are able to provide strong client support, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an excellent problem solver.  You will have excellent technical ability ensuring the delivery of hands-on solutions to varied information technology related problems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Be instrumental in the innovation and development of product enhancements.
• Design, develop, test and document custom web based applications.
• Support project management through accurate time estimates.
• Have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Have the ability to identify risks in the development of product enhancements.
• Support sales and marketing in delivery of product demonstrations.
• Work in a professional team oriented environment where you are able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The successful candidate must have 5+ years experience in developing web applications and database design.
• Post secondary education in computer sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in PHP is Mandatory.
• Strong experience in .NET is desired.
• Experience in HTML5, mySQL and Microsoft SQL will be given preference.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with current windows operating systems and office products.
• FileMaker and Apple OS experience a definite asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey issues and complex concepts at various levels within an organization.

THE POSITION SUMMARY:

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative.   We are looking for a self-motivated; goal oriented Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record.  The successful candidate must be energetic, technically competent and familiar with emerging technologies in the software sector.    This position reports to the Business Development Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Contact prospective clients by telephone, email, direct mail and other methods as directed by the Sales department for the purpose of generating new business.
• Identify and qualify prospects and passing qualified leads to the Account Manager.
• Provide information and clearly explain to prospective clients the products and services offered by the company for the purpose of generating new business.
• Accurately capture and qualify leads and ensure the company’s contact management database is updated on a daily basis.
• Assist the Marketing co-ordinator with the co-ordination and/or development of pamphlets, letters, flyers, interactive presentation, website and related publicity materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing Co-ordinator and have responsibility for coordination of information seminars and other Sales events.
• Have the responsibility for co-ordination of all Sales Conference bookings.  Work in partnership with the Marketing coordinator in this capacity.
• Support the outside Sales team through various activities.
• Knowledge of FileMaker would be an asset.
• Able to meet personal goals through effective outbound calling efforts.
• Work in a professional team oriented environment where you are able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The successful candidate must have 2-3 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative and/or Telemarketing.
• Excellent telephone Skills with 2-3 years experience in making outbound sales calls.
• Post secondary education in Sales/Marketing.
• Experience in the Custom Software Sales market a definite asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and the ability to relate well with others.
• Excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 2007, Windows, Internet, Outlook/Email, Web Applications.
• Customer service oriented; ensure every customer interaction meets if not exceeds expectations

We are looking for an individual with ambition, and the desire to move to an Outside Account Manager within 12-18 months.  The successful candidate MUST have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
