Hello, I’m Richard and I’ve recently joined the CoreSolutions Software team as a Quality Assurance Analyst. While the word Quality is often used in marketing campaigns throughout the business world, it’s far more than just lip service here at CoreSolutions. In this role, working closely with our project manager and developers,
it is our top priority to ensure our software systems are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Whether building a custom database, precision-tuned to a client’s needs, or enhancing one of our own branded applications, PD Place and ContinuED, every step of the development process is carefully exacted, ensuring the final product is accurate and error-free.
Beginning with the Discovery phase, project requirements and expectations are identified and in time evolve into the Planning phase where the sum of fact-gathering creates the project framework dictated by our client’s business needs. Goals are outlined and prioritized as the Definition & Design phase kicks in and sets the path for the Development phase where the project system is tested and re-tested and then tested again by our developers and quality assurance analyst, along with our client. Once satisfied with the results, the Implementation phase rolls out according to schedule with training sessions in tow. Going beyond software, it doesn’t end there as we follow-up with a post-project questionnaire focussing on customer satisfaction for the custom solution developed.
