ContinuED v 2.2.1 Officially Released

ContinuED Version 2.2.1 was officially released on the March 15, 2010.

Remember that upgrades are included in your support agreement. We encourage everyone to upgrade to version 2.2.1 if it contains fixes to issues that are critical to you or if you see enhancements that will be useful to you.

Planning Your Update

To schedule an update to version 2.2.1, please contact James Covell (jcovell@coresolutions.ca).

The upgrade from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 will require that your system be down for approximately one to two hours.

If you are upgrading from an earlier version (2.0 or 2.1) the upgrade will involve additional time since the process is more complex. Therefore you should plan on your system being down for approximately a full day.

Please Note: Effective with the release of version 2.2.1, we will no longer perform source code changes for versions older than 2.1. If you choose to stay with an older version, your only solution to any future or existing system issues will be to upgrade.

Upgrading to version 2.2.1 is the best way to insure that your organization is receiving the best value on their investment.

Support Reminder

The following are the current methods available to you when support is needed:

  • Questions and concerns can be sent directly to the email address ContinuED-Support@coresolutions.ca.
  • Phone: 519-641-7727 or 800-650-8882 and ask for ContinuED Support.

When we receive a support request from any of these access points, the information is passed through our support staff who will attempt to answer your question or problems within four working hours or at least let you know the status. If they cannot solve the problem or deem that it requires more technical help, they will escalate it to our technical staff and will monitor that you are responded to as soon as possible.
