With each new version of ContinuED®, many new and exciting features are added. These features range from minor adjustments to large scale changes.
How does the ContinuED® team determine what new features are added?
When the ContinuED® team receives a new feature request, the request is recorded in a list of changes. This list of changes is reviewed by the ContinuED® team between releases. If the request is a feature that many clients will find useful, the feature is generally considered for inclusion in the next big release.
How do I send in a feature request?
Feature requests can be sent to the ContinuED® team at any time. All you need to do is write a detailed description of the feature you would like added. Then, email this description to:
continued-support@coresolutions.ca
The ContinuED® team member who receives your request will record it. If more information is needed, the team member will follow up and ask for more details.
