With each new release of FileMaker we get to see many incredible new features! However, it makes keeping up with your FileMaker skills a full time job, and for most of us, we already have full time jobs. Whether we are a FileMaker user tasked with keeping our company database up-to-date and functional, or a certified FileMaker Developer creating a custom software solution for a client, where do we go to stay informed and how do we find the time?
Lucky for us, FileMaker thought of that and has provided us with a Resource Center on their website to help us get started, improve an existing project, or simply brush up on the latest features. In the Resource Center, you will find product documentation and videos, knowledge base article links, and FileMaker technologies. As a FileMaker Developer, I need to keep up-to-date on everything FileMaker, so I schedule the time to do this into my day or week. Take 30 minutes a day or schedule Friday mornings for learning something new about FileMaker. You will not only improve your FileMaker skills, but you will ensure you never have to play catch-up by keeping up! Thanks FileMaker!
