If you have ever had the task of organizing and managing an internal conference for your organization, you know just how much work is involved … a lot!
With the Conferences feature in PD Place, it allows you to better organize and manage registrations, speakers, rooms for break sessions (complete with conflict checking), mandatory sessions and more.
The latest version of PD Place has included even more features to help you:
- Waiting lists for conferences: now you can limit the number of attendees for a conference and have a waiting list enabled in case your conference reaches its maximum number of attendees.
- Waiting lists for sessions: now you can limit the number of attendees per session and have a waiting list enabled in case the sessions fill up. This is handy when you know you have only so many seats in a break out session room.
- Mandatory number of sessions: now you can set a mandatory number of sessions for attendees to ensure they register for the right amount of breakout sessions. The attendee will be notified if they have not signed up for the correct amount of sessions and must register for more.
