Holiday Budget & Gift Idea Tracking Application

Challenge

After celebrating our 25th year anniversary, we wanted to do something to give back to our clients for helping make CoreSolutions into the successfully custom web, mobile and software development company that it is today. We determined that a holiday Android application for tracking and managing gift ideas, purchases and holiday budget, would be the perfect tool to offer as a free gift to our clients.

Objective

We wanted to develop a simple to use mobile application that would allow users to track and store all gift ideas, purchases and budgetary information in one centralized storage location. Users would have the ability to track an overall budget, as well as budgets for individual contacts. It was also vital that users have the ability to easily upload gift images, import mobile phone contacts, share lists with family members, lock lists with a passcode and so on.

Result

We created Gifts., a sleek, user-friendly Android application to track and manage holiday finances, gift ideas and holiday purchases. We realized that the app would be beneficial to anyone looking for a straightforward means of keeping tabs on budget during the holiday season, so we decided to give the app away on the Google Play store for free download. The Gifts. application can be used to track all future holidays as well as birthdays.
